We hired Bob Mattson as our general contractor in October 2002 to put a second story addition on our house and subsequently in March 2003 we hired him to finish our basement. We are very happy with all of the work that was done. It was very high quality and fit in with the style of our older Minneapolis home. Both projects were finished earlier than expected and with in the price of the bid placed, sans our personal upgrades and unforeseeable problems that can occur with older homes. Any changes or problems were discussed with us before any work was done. Bob was always professional, polite and involved in the construction process. We have and will continue to recommend Bob as a general contractor.
